By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using our services, you agree to these terms.1. Eligibility and Account RegistrationYou must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority and permission required to enroll. You agree to provide accurate information and protect your login credentials.Your account is personal to you. You may not share, transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your account.2. Course AccessUnless a course description states otherwise, paid enrollment provides access for 12 months beginning on the enrollment date.Course access may end automatically when the access period expires. Extensions are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.3. PaymentsYou agree to pay all prices, taxes, and charges displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms.Prices, payment plans, discounts, and promotional offers may change. A later price change does not alter a completed purchase.4. Refund PolicyALL SALES ARE FINAL.Course fees are nonrefundable after purchase and enrollment access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by Money Triumphs Academy.Failure to begin or complete a course, loss of internet access, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use available course materials does not create a right to a refund.5. Educational PurposeMoney Triumphs Academy courses provide educational and professional-development information. Course content does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, or regulatory advice.Scholars should consult qualified professionals regarding decisions specific to their organizations or circumstances.Enrollment does not guarantee employment, funding, grant approval, certification by an outside organization, business success, or any particular financial or professional outcome.6. Completion and CertificatesCertificates are issued only when the applicable course requirements have been completed. Requirements may include lessons, assignments, assessments, attendance, projects, or minimum passing scores.Money Triumphs Academy may withhold or revoke a certificate when course requirements were not satisfied, information was falsified, or academic misconduct occurred.Certificates represent completion of a Money Triumphs Academy program. They do not represent a college degree, professional license, or government-issued credential unless expressly stated.7. Intellectual PropertyAll course materials, including textbooks, videos, slides, worksheets, templates, assessments, graphics, recordings, branding, and downloadable resources, are owned by or licensed to Money Triumphs Academy and are protected by intellectual-property laws.Enrollment provides a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use course materials for individual educational purposes during the authorized access period.You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, upload, record, share, modify, teach from, create competing products from, or commercially exploit course materials without prior written permission.8. Scholar Conduct and Academic IntegrityScholars must communicate professionally, respect other participants, protect confidential information, and submit original work.Prohibited conduct includes harassment, discrimination, threats, plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, sharing assessment answers, disrupting instruction, attempting to access another person’s account, and violating applicable law.Money Triumphs Academy may suspend or terminate access for violations. Serious violations may result in removal without a refund.9. Technology RequirementsYou are responsible for obtaining a suitable device, internet connection, software, and email account. Money Triumphs Academy does not guarantee that every service will operate on every device or browser.Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, platform outages, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.10. CommunicationsBy creating an account, you agree to receive necessary administrative, enrollment, payment, security, and course-related communications.You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, but you may continue receiving communications necessary to administer your account or course participation.11. Third-Party Services and LinksOur services may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, websites, or resources. Money Triumphs Academy does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.12. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the extent permitted by law, courses and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Money Triumphs Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free materials, or particular results from using the information provided.13. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Money Triumphs Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from course participation or use of the services.To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of Money Triumphs Academy will not exceed the amount the affected scholar paid for the course giving rise to the claim.Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.14. Suspension and TerminationMoney Triumphs Academy may suspend or terminate access when a scholar violates these terms, fails to make required payments, misuses course materials, creates a security risk, or engages in unlawful or harmful conduct.Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.15. Changes to Courses or TermsMoney Triumphs Academy may update course content, instructors, schedules, assessments, technology, or these Terms of Use when reasonably necessary.Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.16. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding must be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.17.
